ASASI’s (“we” “us”) website (our “site”) is made available to you in accordance with the following Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). Please read the following T&C carefully before placing any orders on studioasasi.com. We recommend you to keep a copy of the T&C’s for any future reference. 

In particular, we wish to notify you that the T&C may be modified from time to time. By the use of our site you agree to comply with the terms stated. Please read the T&C and check back often. If you do not agree to the T&C then you must stop using the site immediately. Furthermore, any changes made (to the T&C) after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are legally required to make the change by law.

Orders

Eligibility to purchase:

To successfully make a purchase on our site you will be required to provide the following; your real name, phone number, email address and other requested information indicated. Additionally, you are required to provide payment details that are valid and correct. To which these details represent that you are the person referred to in the billing information required. 

Placing an order:

To place an order, you must add items to your Shopping Bag, enter your billing and shipping address, select your delivery option and choose a payment method. Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email / message regarding your order.

ASASI stores and records every successful transaction made through the site. 

Acceptance of your order:

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability at the time you place the order on our site. 

The item(s) in your Shopping Bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. 

After an order is placed a confirmation email is sent to you to acknowledge that we have received your order. We will provide you with an overview of each product ordered, the price (including all applicable fees and taxes), and the cost of shipping. We advise before proceeding to purchase, please check the order details and correct any errors. 

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that authorization for payment was not successful, there are shipping restrictions, that the item(s) ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our Quality Control (QC) standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the T&C. With regards to item(s) that do not satisfy our QC standards and are withdrawn, we will contact you directly at the email that you have provided. Failing to provide us with a valid email will implicate our efforts to rectify any obstacles we may face to help you place a successful order.

Product Information 

We strive to display accurate and up-to-date information of our product on our site. With regards to color, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of how color is displayed on the user's end. 

Care for the products you purchase should adhere to the guidelines we have provided in the item(s) care tag. Each item has gone through a thorough QC and, where applicable, has been pre-washed to avoid any unwanted shrinking and/or dye leakage when cared for by you. To ensure the best out of the products you purchase we advise handwashing and delicate drying. 

Shipping and Delivery 

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and other factors. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping once the order has been dispatched. If there are delays in dispatching your order, you will be contacted directly through the email that you have provided.

Intellectual Property 

The content on our site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ASASI and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree that you will be personally responsible for your use of this site and for all your activity on this site.

Limitation of Liability 

By the use of our site, you agree that your use is at your sole risk. In no event shall ASASI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
