International Sales
For international sales, all purchases are considered final at this time. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from international customers due to potential customs issues. Please make sure you check and understand our garments/items information and sizing before making your purchases.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
For international sales, all purchases are considered final. However, returns and replacements can be offered under the following conditions:

Incorrect Item or Size: If you receive an incorrect item or size, please contact our customer service team at [customer service email] within 7 days of receipt. Provide your order number, details of the incorrect item, and any relevant photos.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at [customer service email] within 7 days of receipt. Provide your order number, details of the damage, and any relevant photos.
Upon verification, we will provide instructions for returning the incorrect or damaged item and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Indonesia/Domestic Sales
If you live in Indonesia and receive either the incorrect item or size, or your item arrives damaged, you can return your order for replacement or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date.
Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. All returns should be requested before you send your item(s) back to us to allow for easy identification and quick processing. Unidentified item(s) will be returned to the sender.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@studioasasi.com and return instructions will be provided.
Please include “ RETURN/EXCHANGE_YOUR FULL NAME_ORDER NO.” in the email subject header, and provide us with a detailed description of your dissatisfaction and how we can best help you.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund order placed in the event that any of the item(s) (including packaging) is damaged or visibly tampered with. In the event that the item(s) received are not eligible for our return policy, we will return the item(s) back to the sender. Any additional inquiries or concerns please email us.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
